By accessing or using the Sentinel compliance tool and API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sentinel provides technical infrastructure for generating deterministic audit trails, evidence gathering, and risk mapping. The Service analyzes system architectures and model manifests against specific heuristic rules derived from the EU AI Act framework.
3. No Legal Advice & Limitation of Liability
Sentinel provides Technical Validation and Evidence Gathering tools. The outputs of our service do not establish automated legal compliance, nor do they replace the counsel of a qualified legal professional.
Sentinel is a technical tool. Under no circumstances shall Sentinel be liable for regulatory fines, legal costs, or business interruptions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are entirely responsible for the inputs you provide to the Service. The technical validation metrics provided by Sentinel cover specific heuristics and rulesets, which may not encompass the entirety of your legal or regulatory obligations.
